Named / Accountable GP for all patients
In line with our NHS contractual requirements all of our patients will be allocated a named and accountable GP. Your named accountable GP will oversee the co-ordination of your care amongst other health professionals involved in your care. Patients will still be able to request to see a Doctor of their choice where available. If you would like to know the name of your accountable GP please contact Reception who will be happy to inform you.
As from 30 March all patients wishing to order repeat prescriptions must be registered with patient access. Please call into the surgery to register. Further information can be found on our Prescriptions page.
Do you know your blood pressure?
You do not need to book an appointment for this, we have a health monitor located in the waiting area at Davenal House Surgery which is easy to use and will measure your height, weight and blood pressure, just ask at reception for a token. All information is confidential and will help to keep your records up to date.
