We offer a unique bereavement service to adults, young people & children, post bereavement who are registered with a Redditch and Bromsgrove G.P.

Our Family Support services are available to all affected by a loved one’s death. We offer support to those who require psychosocial and practical help, or just a “listening ear”.

Healthy Horizons (Activity Referral)

If you have a stable health condition, you can speak to your medical practitioner for a referral to our Health Horizons activity and socialising sessions!

The sessions at the Bromsgrove Sport and Leisure Centre in central Bromsgrove are led by qualified exercise and health professionals and include gentle to moderate exercise, lifestyle advice, socialising, and pathways into other similar activities.
