Healthy Minds is an NHS service aimed at supporting people, aged 16 and over, who are experiencing problems such as stress, anxiety, low mood and depression. They help people improve their mental wellbeing through a range of interventions such as short courses, online therapies, and guided self-help.

The Reach4Wellbeing Team is part of the Starting Well Service in Worcestershire. We promote and support emotional wellbeing for children and young people aged 5-19 years old.
If you’ve got stuff going on at home or at school, it can be tough trying to figure it out by yourself. Children and Young People’s Counselling can help you talk over any difficult issues and think about what you’d like to do.

The Lucy Faithfull Foundation - Child Sexual Abuse
The Lucy Faithfull Foundation is the only UK-wide child protection charity dedicated solely to preventing child sexual abuse.
They work closely with frontline workers and professionals such as police officers, social workers and education staff to ensure children are as safe as they can be.
We keep children safe in all our work.
They work with entire families that have been affected by sexual abuse including: young people with inappropriate sexual behaviours; adult male and female sexual abusers; victims of abuse and other family members.
