Registering with the surgery

To register with the surgery:

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Out of area registration

Patients may approach any GP practice to be registered on the GP’s list even if they live outside the practice boundary.

Your application is considered and if clinically appropriate in your individual case you may be registered for usual services within the practice but the practice will not provide home visits.  In order to assess your needs we may approach your previous GP or ask you questions about your health.

If you have an urgent care need you will be directed to call NHS 111 for an assessment.

If your medical needs change you may be asked to register with a GP nearer to your home.

If you are currently registered with this practice and move house you may request to stay with the surgery with the above conditions if suitable.
