Some of our receptionists are now trained in ‘care navigation’. This enables them to navigate your call to the most appropriate person who is not always a Doctor.

By asking questions and assessing your need they can advise you to speak to other professionals such as the Practice Pharmacist, the nurse that visits housebound patients, an information source such as Age UK, housing department, social worker, administration and medical secretaries in the Practice.
